Everyone in church (and other arrangements were made for those on line) was given a sunflower seedling to mark the new life and hope on Easter Sunday. All were encouraged to plant the out, when appropriate, so that as they grow we are reminded of both the church and of the hope for peace in the Ukraine. The sunflower is a symbol of the hope for peace in the Ukraine and all are asked to pray for this.
